Exam — Polytechnic Entrance 2020

Haryana Polytechnic 2020 will be conducted to provide admission to various polytechnic programs of 3 years of Engineering and Pharmacy and also in the Lateral Entry of Engineering. The admission process will be conducted by the Diploma Entrance Test Haryana. The authority will conduct the entrance examination for admission only. Eligibility-

Diploma Engineering 3 Years —

Candidates should have passed 10th / SSC examination from a recognized board or university. Candidates must secure a minimum of 35% marks (General Category) & 33% (SC/ST or Kashmiri Migrants) category in each Mathematics and Science subjects.

Diploma Engineering Lateral Entry —

Candidates must have passed at least two years duration (after 10th) and 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), 12th (Professional), NSQF Level 4 will also be eligible.

Admit Card

Candidates will be able to download the Haryana Polytechnic 2020 Admit Card from the last week of July 2020. DET Admit Card will be made available through online mode.

Before appearing in the entrance examination, the candidates must have a valid ID proof regarding the date of birth (D.O.B) for verification. Candidates appearing for DET Haryana Admission for Diploma Lateral Courses will have to attach photos along with the admit card, which should be verified by the Gazetted Officer.

Haryana DET 2020 Syllabus

The syllabus of Haryana Polytechnic 2020 will comprise of class 10th and class 12th syllabus. The subjects will be from classes related to the Central Board of Education (CBSE) and the Haryana Board. Candidates for major subjects can prepare from English, Mathematics, Science, General Awareness, and Aptitude Test.
